Within 15 minutes of talking with Trina, I felt at ease and confident we might be able to take the next step in our lives by being open to the possible sale of our home without previously being on the market. Trina came through our home that afternoon giving an estimate of market value. From the initial contact made Thursday afternoon to buyers inspecting Sunday morning we were negotiating a contract offer from the Monday with a deal reached the Wednesday night.
