Tracey and Bree have managed our property for almost 5 years. Their interpersonal skills are exemplary. This coupled with their problem solving ability has made owning this rental property a great experience. We have had other properties with different Property Managers and not had the same experience. My fiancé and I were relieved and delighted to meet Tracey and Bree at Hope Island Resort Realty. We were in another property with a sub par agency I do not care to name and they assisted us immensely in getting out of a horrendous leasing situation and into our perfect rental property with HIR Realty which us and our little ones adore. Customer service like this should be celebrated as unfortunately in today's world it is extremely rare to find ladies such as Trace and Bree who genuinely go the extra mile not just because it's good business but because they are amazing humans. Moving is stressful which is exasperated when you have the wrong real estate agent so please do yourself and your adrenals a huge favour and ONLY choose Hope Island Resort Realty and if your lucky enough to meet Tracey or Bree you will understand why I have written them a race review.
