Great communication
We chose Hope Island Realty to manage our investment property. Katrina Cardwell has been lovely and very open with communication through the open houses, selecting of tenants and assisting in the preparation for letting out property out. Prompt & Efficient
We found Hope Island Realty an absolute pleasure to deal with when seeking to move our family from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Not only were the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, prompt and thorough in their communication, but also willing to go above and beyond to help us engage with local trades to make the stressful move far easier. Great Service!
For the past 12 month's, we have worked with Hope Island Reality to manage our first rental property. When we decided to buy a second rental property, it was one of our requirements to choose a property which they could also manage. They provided good advise, and we had tenants move in exactly 1 week after settlement - great service!
