Wendy is very understanding and works relentlessly to give both the seller and purchaser a way to move forward. This persuasiveness and persistency, although understated, was proven to be very effective. I have enjoyed this purchase and no doubt there will be others in future. I would be very comfortable to have Warren and Wendy as my agents.

The marketing and photography which Warren organised for our sale could have been better, it took a couple of attempts to get images which were acceptable and the writeup was uninspiring. Overall, we were most disappointed with Warrens communication style. He often changed his approach on strategy and the rationale he used was usually contradictory to previous discussions we’d had. On a number of occasions we felt that he was trying to browbeat us into doing what he wanted, including using different contracts than we had instructed him to use.
