I immediately felt comfortable with Warren and Wendy. Their appraisal valuation was accurate and the sale was concluded in their estimated period. This couple are not pushy and already had a list of qualified buyers ready to sell to and close the deal. The sale was concluded at 15% higher than other local agents estimated the valuation. They live locally and know the area for the past 20years and it shows in their professional and accurate market knowledge. I would recommend Warren and Wendy in a heart beat.

Warren is the best agent in the area , he knows the area really well and most important for sellers is he is honest person , give us the advise how to get property ready for sell and what we should do for next chapter based on his experience and knowledge, it does make sense for us, so we get it Sold in 14 days and excited for next journey.
