If you are searching for a Real Estate Agent who puts the interest of the seller ahead of self Interest than I strongly recommend Jason to sell your property . A couple of years ago I tried to sell our property but the market was flat and the offers were unacceptable. Instead of pushing his self interest by recommending we accept the offers Jason advised we rent the property rather then sell at a deflated price and review when the market improved. This year he advised it was the right time to sell and subsequently Jason delivered a great outcome .

This is now our fourth transaction over the past 7 years, that Warren and Wendy have concluded for us in the Hope Island estate. The first sale was a house in Gracemere Estate. Then when we were ready to move on he sold that house for us and they introduced us to Magnolia Gardens estate that we really loved. As our family moved on we felt that that house was too large for just the two of us so we called the team in again for their advise and what they felt about the market and the possibilities of selling the large house. Well I don't have to say any more, for they introduced a buyer to our house and that was that. The house was sold. No open days and all the performance that goes with selling a home.
