first class service
We first approached Jason in Jan 2020 who recommended that we should carry on renting our unit for about a year and think about marketing then. We took that advise and handed our rental contract to HIR to manage We re-contacted Jason in Jan 2021 and he inspected our unit again and recommended a few minor repairs and advised that we now marketed our property. We took that advise and within 4 weeks we received a cash offer higher than the marked price and all was completed smoothly without a hitch. We would recommend Jason to anyone to advise on property dealings on the Gold Coast .
