After an exhausting time going from open home to open home and viewing options accross a fair range of different areas as we tried to decide on our next house, we found in most cases agents to be polite and knowlegable in their craft with a few very dissapointing exceptions, however, after meeting Jason and dealing with him in the negotiation and settlement of our new home, it has been a very refreshing experience to deal with someone who was willing to go so far out of his way to ensure both the seller and purchaser enjoyed a smooth sale and settlement.
