We first met Warren when we were looking around at houses in the Hope Island area. He seemed genuine and friendly. A year or so later we were trying to sell some land. It had been with another agent for about six months without results. Family circumstances made it imperative that we sell the land, so we contacted Warren. He gave us a very knowledgeable assessment of the land and the market situation and seemed confident he could get us the price we wanted. We agreed to sign up with him and to our amazement, the land was sold on the very first day! After six months of trying, we almost couldn't believe it. Warren got us a very good deal and the whole thing was complete within a few weeks. Perhaps there was a little bit of luck involved, but all in all it was a spectacular result. That, combined with our very pleasant earlier dealings with Warren, lead me to recommend him extremely highly. He will absolutely be our first choice when we next have real estate dealings in the area.
