I have had no real estate dealings for 17 years and realised quickly that processes had changed. I bought a property through Jason Moore and immediately sold my existing one through Jason also. I had to chase him for feedback on the inspections and his conflicting advice to me (a pensioner as it happens) regarding the sale cost me thousands of dollars. His negotiation skills on my behalf were poor to say the least and he was ultimately more interested in doing the best for the buyer. He then refused to honour his verbal agreement with me, because there were 2 properties involved, to negotiate his commission. My advice - stay away, I would not use him again.
