When I moved back to Horsham, HRE were one of the only real estates I went to when looking for a rental property because of their long time reputation of being one of the best in town. In the four and half years I have been a tenant through them, there was a change of owner for the property, several major appliances needed replacing, various minor maintenance, and obviously numerous inspections. Through all of this, HRE always organised things in a timely manner, respected my peace and privacy, answered my questions if needed. Through the epidemic and the resulting chaotic property/rental market, they were quick to find ways to adapt and be able to meet tenants needs, moving to digital payments and application based inspections, etc. that were easy use. Even with change in property managers a couple of times while through them, I always knew who to contact and they were consistently friendly, polite, professional and helpful. In my roughly 25 years in the rental market, no other real estate I have dealt with can compare and, I already have and will continue to recommend them to many people

I really appreciate the service that they have provided me. I was really confusion to get the home as my commencing date to my new job was so near and I don't have anybody here to ask for help and have to come from Melbourne. But Horsham real Estate arranged inspection of property through online and get the approval on next day. They have arranged everything to get my sweet home to stay. Thank you Horsham Real Estate.
