Although the house had been empty while new paint and flooring had been put in, the rest of the house hadn't been cleaned at all. Bin juice from the previous tenant was under the kitchen sink, cockroach droppings in the linen closet, finger grime on the outside of all cupboards, our toilet roll holder is coming out of the plaster and has a takeaway chopstick to hold the toilet roll. We still haven't been given a front door key and need to go through the back instead to gain access to the property. A lot of promises were made in the inspection which led me to accept the property. These promises haven't happened and we haven't had any contact with the agent to follow up on these things. We were really surprised by this because we have rented through Horsham real-estate before and when we left our last property, the agent made us come back twice to do what was essentially a "sale clean", (the reason we needed to move out) so we thought we could expect the same when we moved into the property. Apparently not, and it meant we needed to do two bond cleans in a single weekend. Incredibly disappointed.

Unexpectedly my partner and I found out we were expecting our third child. We agreed we needed a bigger home to accommodate this change and began looking. There was so little out there! I emailed the team at Horsham Real Estate and... wow! they not only found us a GORGEOUS home, but had us settled in within weeks (before I got too big). They had great communication too. We cannot talk highly enough about all the service we have received, special mention to Trish who has gone above and beyond to make sure our before and after moving transition has gone well. The small things like having the pizza voucher to avoid having to cook on the first night the extra time spent from Trish for us to look through the house. The friendly greeting and smiling faces when we come into the office. None of this has gone unnoticed and we have and will continue to speak highly of the business and service received.
