Sharon usually responded quickly to requests. Negotiations with prospective tenant done quickly. Fiona had promised to review tradesman job specification back at office after last inspection. I removed the old front porch tiles from front yard before the new tenant went in recently. What I didn't like was the anonymous communication from "Horsham Real Estate" that asked in overbearing language for me to act on what he/she said needed to be done to meet current standards. My emailed questions went unanswered, I was NOT impressed.

We had many problems with our water and a couple other things around the property. We called them they were on to everything straight away. Sending us all the information we needed to get help. They also took a piece of furniture we couldn’t move out of the house and offered nicely to get rid of it. Thank you for an amazing first experience of moving out of home!
