Ben seemed nice enough and professional, when we engaged him for the sale of our house. We had a realistic idea of what our house was worth and he encouraged us to go higher. We ended up getting closer to what we thought! The house sold very quickly and I had to be firm with Ben as he was wanting me to drop past my minimum, I was not impressed as he had marketed it higher than we thought it was worth. After the negotiations and the agreed price being met. We did not hear from Ben again. The contract signing and running around was all done by Allessio his associate and this was a marathon as it didn't get signed until around 10.30 to 11pm on the Friday night. Ben said he would contact us on the Monday, we have not heard from him since that Friday. Which we are both very disappointed. We felt he was more interested in what the buyer wanted and not our needs and didn't take the time to show all the features of the property. The support staff we all very good very good and all dealings with them was great. Lily was gem. But we were very disapointed with Ben and his level or lack of service. After all we had engaged Ben as our agent not his support staff.
