Alessio helped us end to end with the sale process and his knowledge and experience was invaluable to us as first time sellers. He was a pleasure to work with and helped us achieve a great outcome. Would love to engage Alessio again on any property sales and would not hesitate to purchase through him also.

We engaged Aleessio to sell our 3 bedroom townhouse in Silverwater. Our first instincts were that Alessio knew the market and conditions very well and also understood who the prospective buyers were. Our instincts were proven correct. Alessio guided us through what we needed to do in order to prepare our property for market. He put us in contact and co-ordinated trades who moved quickly to have our property looking its best. After one open home we found our buyer. We are certain that Alessio's local knowledge along with his ability to communicate effectively between all parties secured our sale within a short period of time and for the value we were seeking. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alessio to any other potential Vendors.

Always a pleasure to be able to work with a hard-working professional such as Alessio. Alessio is an area expert and in this instance, he clearly understood his clients' motivations, price expectations, timings and requirements. I was able work closely with Alessio and within 4 days achieve a successful sale / purchase of an off market sale. A win for all Vendors and purchasers who are happy with the final result and communications on both sides are open, honest and transparent. Thank You Alessio, for working with Real Property Buyers. Alessio is highly recommend to all Vendors !!
