I must say in all honesty that Johnny was front up and brutally honest about what i had to do to complete the sale , he worked with me and from what i have noticed did some significant work behind the scene to get the result that we did. I liked johnny's honesty, and transparency, and he was always ready with what were the next steps that we had to achieve in order to sell the property , he was quite forthright and was clear in his weekly reporting and what were the next steps. I liked his approach so much i have already passed him on to 2 other close family friends who are looking at selling.
