Lachlan was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He listened to our needs and provided wonderful advice. We really enjoyed dealing with Lachlan and Miranda and will definitely deal with them for future property sales or purchases. I would also recommend anyone selling or purchasing to contact them. You instantly feel like part of the Hoskins family and can relax knowing that they are looking after you and your needs 100%.

David has sold for us before, he was no different this time. Professional, courteous, and with a smile. He gave us a realistic price of what to expect, and was spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends and family.

Peter was very knowledgable of the market and he & his team were very professional at every stage of the sale process. To be honest, we doubted some of the advice …but trusted him, as the experienced professional … everything he said and the advice provided turned out exactly (actually far better) as he said it would. Cannot rate Peter and his team from Hoskins any more highly.

From the first day we met him until the settlement date, Lachlan did his job to perfection. He kept in touch with us continuously, and if we ever needed to converse with him, he would call back within minutes if he didn’t answer his phone. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favor—whether buying or selling, talk to Lachlan.
