Peter came to appraise our house at our request, we approached Peter after he had sold properties in our area with great success. He was only too happy to fit in with our schedule, gave great advice on the sale process, how to present the property for the best sale results and gave us a no frills review of our property. We found Peter professional, knowledgable, respectful and most of all totally honest with all of his dealings. The end result was a quick and successful campaign. We first met Peter Moulden and Cheryl Moulden very early on our search for a new home, and immediately felt comfortable with their open and transparent approach, in addition to being longterm locals to the area, they really know their stuff. They were both persistent in understanding what our requirements were (even if we were still figuring it out ourselves!), and worked with us to think about different options that might suit us, and never did we feel pressured to make a decision that wasn't right for us.
