From our first meeting Brent was providing great feedback on how best to present the property for sale. He didn't do a full on sale pitch, he just gave some insights into other properties that he was selling in the area and basically a general update on the market. He suggested attending open for inspections in the area and provided me with dates and times, which was very usefully in understanding what needed to be done and what price we could expect. Brent continued to follow us up while we were getting the property ready for sale and his persistence in getting our business got him the job, as I felt that he was going to work hard to get us a sale. We were extremely happy with the end result, $50k above the high point of our price range.

Brent was very upfront and honest from the first meeting, he came across as very confident and knowledgeable of the market and he backed it up by getting 74 groups through the door in a month of open for inspections. He also did our Auction and was amazing, we ended up selling on the day for $102,000 over reserve.
