Integrity and Drive
After a very disappointing round with another agent in the attempt to sell the property, I knew I have to go back to Brent, who had previously sold a property for me about 8 years ago. Brent was truthful, has enough marketing knowledge and most of all used his best ability to negotiate and sell the property. The property was sold within one week after just one open for inspection and secured a short settlement date. I am more than grateful for Brent and his team's good effort and drive toards a successful sale in the shortest time possible.
