Lachlan had a really good understanding of the market, as he lives in the area, and acted in a professional manner at all times. Paperwork that required action was explained and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you, Lachlan, for your advice and efforts in selling my home.

If you are reading this review and are looking to sell a property, stop reading and start dialling. WOW is all I have to say, who knew that there was such a gentleman working in Real Estate. He provided statistics for our property during the campaign; visits, calls etc. Spoke after every open inspection, gave us ponder time, professional advice, he went beyond our expectations and he never let us down. We absolutely loved working with you Peter.

This is the second time I have sold through Peter and team Moulden, and I have also bought from him. He continues to be my favourite agent for his honesty, integrity and high work ethic. No high-pressure sales tactics, he understands how to get the best result, knows his market extremely well and stays the course always. Cannot speak highly enough of Peter, Cheryl and Taylor. Thank you!

Being elderly, initially the journey ahead seemed daunting. Peter and Cheryl supported us every step of the way, with their professionalism, integrity, knowledge of the market, but especially their care and empathy with our circumstances. Thank you Team Moulden, its been such a privilege to have you sell our home and wish you well with your outstanding work in every way.

Peter was the vendors' agent on my recent property purchase. His principled approach to communicating and negotiating helped build trust - he said things as he meant it, and did what he said he would, and kept to the timelines he communicated...... and this helped in my own decisioning process. The contract was signed very late in the evening, and Peter did what was necessary to ensure that both the parties got what they wanted at the end of the process. Highly recommended.

Peter was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. His advice and knowledge were second to none and we felt very confident we were in the best hands when selling our property.

When deciding to sell our family home we were looking for someone we could trust, had an in depth knowledge of the area and the confidence in their marketing method, we were not disappointed with Dave and Krista. They quickly backed up their reassurances with great negotiating to obtain a great result. Cannot recommend using their services any higher.
