We used David recently to sell our home and his team were exceptional. They are absolute professionals in the real estate market. David has excellent sales knowledge, negotiation and communication skills. Every step of the process was seamless. David and his team live and breathe real estate. They had our house ready for market in 2 weeks and sold our home within 10 days of going to market. David and his team, specifically Krista were absolute stand outs. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. Don’t waste your money going through anyone else.

We are very pleased that we decided upon David Alvares and his team at Hoskins Maroondah to sell our home. David was at all times professional, trustworthy, diligent and enthusiastic in his efforts, and also an active communicator throughout the sale process. David has an expert knowledge of the local market and his relationships/connections with prospective buyers proved critical to the sale of our home. We strongly recommend David and his team to anyone considering selling in this area.

The service provided by Peter and his team was amazing. Peter was genuinely interested in marketing my property - he kept me informed every step of the way as to how everything was progressing. He provided what I can only describe as an old fashion approach to selling. He knew his client base extremely well and was able to match someone to my property from that knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to anyone looking to sell or buy. Outstanding service all round - thank you.

Peter was extremely helpful at the beginning of last year when we sold a property through him and, at the end of last year, he found another place for us that was "just right!" I would recommend Peter and Cheryl to anyone looking at the property market. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Philippa kept me up to date after every open for inspection, detailing all the information I needed to know to keep abreast of the sale of the unit. She was very professional, clear, concise and great to deal with from start to finish. We got a great result thanks to Philippa's hard work.

Peter has been one of the most professional estate agents I have dealt with in my many years of experience in the market. All the way from our first inspection to the contract, his short response time, patience in responding to our questions and concerns, and his honesty and transparency have proven him to be quite unique. I can summarise Peter's approach in 3 words: professionalism, genuineness, and service

We have nothing but high praise for the way Peter Moulden and his team dealt with the sale of our property. Even with the current climate he remained calm and confident of achieving a strong result while we were starting to lose confidence in the market. It was refreshting to find an agent who puts the client's outcome first.

Excellent knowledge of the market. Truly understanding of our needs with no unrealistic marketing hype to get our account. Totally satisfied with our outcome.
