David is very thorough, organised and very knowledgeable of the market. The service that I received from David was exceptional. He has sold two of my properties so far and has worked extremely hard to achieve the best outcome possible. He is honest, hard working and reliable. Thank you David. Looking forward to selling my next house with you.

Brent's market knowledge was fantastic. His team was professional and gave us the best real estate experience in 25 years. There open and transparent communication gave us no surprises and a great result. Honesty and Integrity and just great people to deal with. If Tash and Brent were pleasant and informative to me? I was left very confident they would be the same to potential buyers. And we were not let down from start to finish. We highly recommend the Hoskins Team.

Brent is the best in the business. Highly professional and knowledgeable. We knew our property was in good hands when we chose Brent and the team from Hoskins. With Tash working along side him our property sold in just two weeks for a price we only dreamed about. If you want an agent that knows what they are doing and is upfront and honest Brent Peters is who you should definitely use.

Brent Peters recently sold my home. The whole process, from the time he appraised my home to the final negotiating with prospective buyers was professional. On appraising the property he suggested areas that needed attending to, and referred me to tradesmen. He was thorough, efficient and honest with me which was so important. Brent genuinely cared about me as a vendor, understanding this is a very emotional and stressful time, never too busy to speak to me if I had any questions. 10/10

Best selling experience we've had! Thank you Brent and Tash for your amazing hard work in selling our home for a great result in just 13 days! You have made our experience so enjoyable with your professional manner. You communicated with us the whole way, were so inclusive and always available for anything we needed. By far this is the best selling experience we have ever had in selling 4 homes. Thank you again, we won't hesitate in recommending you to everyone we know.

David was great! He had a defined go-to market strategy and executed it well.

I would recommend David Alvares to anyone who is searching for a new home in the North Ringwood area. I was looking for approx 6-8 months, researching the area and property prices. I knew what my budget was, and didn't want to exceed it. David continually rang me with information on properties he thought might suit me. During that time I found him to be in tune to my needs and requirements. He conducted himself in a helpful friendly and courteous manner without being too pushy. When he eventually found my property for me he was very professional and helpful taking me through every step of the purchase procedure.

After several months of house hunting and dealing with many different agents it was quite refreshing to deal with an agent like David. He was very professional yet easy to communicate with from the initial inspection all the way through to settlement. Would highly recommend David and his team for purchase or sale of your property.
