His deep knowledge of the market and commitment to communication kept me informed at every step. He showed exceptional negotiation skills, ensuring I got the best possible deal. Beyond his and Hoskins' expertise, they were professional and honest, making me feel I was in good hands. I highly recommend Johnny for a seamless and positive real estate experience.

Yer I don't have much good things to say, I feel he had the buyers interest above mine , talked me into a offer I wasn't happy about but they could meet any settlement date , so it made it more tempting thinking it could be done by Christmas, then after thinking ok well I want it sold so I can move on as I was going through a separation and he was aware of that , then speaking to him trying to get them up on price he said they were at there limit and now they don't want to get bridging finance so they will need the same settlement date as the property they sold and ended up been 98 days. Then the buyers had concerns about things and Brent said would you mind if I gave him your phone number so you can talk , I said yes and pretty much did his job for him . Yer never again

Peter is a super star! It's very pleasant to buy via a real estate agent who is decent, professional and local to the area. Buying was a stressful experience as a first home buyer but having Peter as an intermediary bewteen me and the vendor has made the whole process so much easier.

We can't thank Peter enough for his incredible work as our real estate agent while selling our house! He was always so professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. We're really grateful for his dedication and for making the sale of our house such a positive experience.

The communication and timeliness of the entire Hoskins team was excemplary. They all worked so very hard to achieve a price we really were unsure we could sell for. I cant reccomend them more highly. The punctuality, communication and professionalism of these people left us so happy. We always felt comfortable and confident and never under pressure to drop our expectations. They never missed responding immediately to emails, phone calls and texts. I will never use another agent !

Brent and Miranda were a great team and wonderful to work with. Brent and Miranda were wonderful to work with. They provided great advice and support in setting up our house for sale, and then worked well together to secure what we think was a great outcome. They worked fantastically as a team. We sold in Cloverlea Estate, Chirnside Park, and if you check Brent's track record in the estate, he consistently has had the best results here. Miranda was the perfect complement to Brent and she should be selling her own houses! I would certainly use this team again.

We had multiple appraisals before choosing our agent but we felt confident that Brent had the experience and the edge to achieve the best result for us and were not let down. We were impressed by his passion and drive. He works for his vendor and understands the importance of dialogue when it really matters. What impressed us the most was that he provided valuable insight with regard to the purchase of our next home going above and beyond to suppprt his vendor. He clearly values his reputation above commission. Brent and Miranda worked as a team and provided timely and honest communication. We highly recommend Brent and thank him for all of his hard work and support.
