Having recently sold our home through Hoskins Real Estate Croydon, we would like to pay special mention to David Alvares whose obvious knowledge of the area, coupled with the extensive contacts on his data base helped enormously in the final result. We are most grateful for his feedback throughout the selling process, keeping us well informed of buyers comments regarding our property. David's professionalism, courteous and capable manner was well evident in all our dealings with him. Many thanks also for his effort, help and involvement in the purchase of our new home. it has been a real pleasure working with an agent as dedicated as David. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending David to anyone considering selling their home. Rod & Maxine Godfrey

Brent, we cannot thank you enough for the recent & very successful sale at auction of our Ringwood home. Your guidance and obvious expertise in helping us through the whole process, from the best way to market our property, to the eventual auction after a short 4 week campaign was exemplary resulting in an exceptional sale price. Keeping us fully informed and up to date every step of the way - and importantly - not making false promises as to the eventual outcome, highlighted the integrity and complete professionalism that we, along with other members of our family have come to know you for following our previous dealings with you over a 10 year period. We would also like to thank you & David Alvares for finding our new home for us. A wonderful outcome indeed. Once again, thank you Brent for a job very well done. Maxine & Rod Godfrey

My wife Janine and I have been very impressed with the service we have had from Hoskins Real Estate Agents and particularly Peter Moulden. We shopped around before approaching Peter to sell our property. We were immediately impressed by his frankness, good advice and considered approach. He listened to our aspirations for the sale of our property. He formulated a realistic plan for the sale and gave us ideas on how best to optimize the presentation and appeal of our asset. We would highly recommend Peter for the sale of your property.
