I must admit that choosing an agent is not always easy, who to trust? Selling a house is stressful so finding someone who I felt at ease with was important to me. David was recommended to me buy a acquaintance of mine that has been in the business for many many years. When I met David, I felt immediately at ease with him. He was friendly, professional and not overbearing. He did a fantastic job keeping me up to date weekly on the progress and feedback regarding the sale of the property and was always available if I had any questions or concern. The team did a fantastic job getting everything organised and ready for the auction. The pictures were amazing and the advertising outstanding. I plan to sell another property in the near future and I will definitely hire David again. Great service . The only stress I had was with the internet blurb that was written . I didn't like it and was not wanting it as our blurb.Cheryl was reluctant to change it so I had to go to John to get it fixed. I was told I had agreed to it so nothing could be done, but I hadn't. I had agreed to the brochure text and had never seen the internet blurb till it was posted online. The blurb read to me that my house was a renovators delight and needed work or knocking down. This is a minor deal and I understand how quick the turn around is to get online . Just saying I remember the stress and distress it caused me at the time. Moving is a very stressful time and I may have over reacted due to stress . Otherwise service was fantastic. Flowers for first open were beautiful but maybe if we had been told they were coming I wouldnt have bought my bunch, yours were much nicer.
