Cannot recommend Peter and his team at Hoskins, Cheryl and Julie, highly enough. Peter came to appraise our house at our request, we approached Peter after he had sold properties in our area with great success. He was only too happy to fit in with our schedule, gave great advice on the sale process, how to present the property for the best sale results and gave us a no frills review of our property. We found Peter professional, knowledgable, respectful and most of all totally honest with all of his dealings. The end result was a quick and successful campaign. Will not look any further if I need any assistance with future property dealings.

Hoskins had always been top of my list when I came to sell my house because of their high profile and sales success in Croydon Hills. I wasn't disappointed. My house sold in less than two weeks for a good price and the process was as close to painless as a house sale can reasonably be.
