It gives us great pleasure to write a review on Hoskins Real Estate and in particular Brent Peters. Mid April 2017 my wife Cheryl & I decided to place our home on the market. After talking to a few agents we decided to place the sale with Brent Peters from Hoskins Real Estate. We had known Brent throughout his life as a next door neighbour and were extremely impressed with his full presentation of the service being offered and felt that he was a right fit for us. Brent at all times conducted himself in a most professional & courteous manner, he was obliging to our needs and concerns, punctual, reliable and totally organised. From the 20th April when we engaged Brent right through to selling on the 23rd May we were kept fully informed on every aspect or happening in relation to the sale by either Brent or someone from his team. Brent made the selling process very easy for us. Brent and his team took care of everything. We achieved a fantastic price, which we were thrilled with, thanks to Brent's negotiation skills and large database of prospective buyers. Brent and his team went above and beyond, particularly regarding little extras that we hadn't thought of, such as delivering flowers on the first day of the open. Brent was realistic and honest when we asked him how we could improve our property for sale. There were some areas we were going to improve and he suggested to focus on other aspects. We took on board all of his advice and had a sale within a fortnight. Brent was very diligent with all paperwork. His campaign and communication was outstanding and we were consulted at all points during the process. We were delighted to deal with Brent and his team at Hoskins. An extremely professional and experienced team of people, that work cohesively together. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I would not recommend anyone other than Brent.
