Best Agent...
We so enjoyed working with Leon, he's a true gentlman. Importantly, he listened to our expectations! Also, after coming to an agreement on a target price, not once, did Leon suggest dropping the price to obtain a speedy sale. Throughout the process, he was always friendly, respectful, and very positive; about the sale of our property. He kept us updated, and listened to, and alleviated any concerns we had. We actually believe we found the very best Real Estate Agent, in Toowoomba. And for that reason, we have no hesitation recommending him, highly, to anyone buying, or selling a property. They way agents should be.
Leon, Provided all the info in a clear and concise manner and kept the owners interest at the forefront. He gave no information on the reason or position for selling which is unlike other agents I have dealt with. The process went smoothly and never felt pressured at any stage. Well done Leon. I would recommend people who are looking at selling or buying to use Leon.
