Property Sale
I initially contacted Geoff after a failed sale attempt. My property had been on the market for 5months and i was left feeling quite deflated with the process, experience and engagement with my previous agent. When i contacted Geoff and explained my situation he was very empathetic and helpful. I did not feel pressured to engage with him immediately, he gave me some great advice around the suburb profile, current market and the confidence that he would do everything to sell the property within my requested time frame if he had the opportunity to do so. Geoff had a positive can-do attitude, was very consistent with updates, documentation and ongoing communication. Geoff was relaxed and easy to deal with. We negotiated on the same day as the inspection and the communication between us and the vendor was swift and stress free.
