Having been required to move interstate to care for elderly parent, we did not hesitate to sell our property through Geoff, as we had purchased the property through him, 3 years earlier. My wife & I have found Geoff to be highly professional, community focused and able to answer all our questions both through the buying & selling processes. Geoff was always up for a friendly chat and also helped maintain our yard, whilst I had been recovering from surgery. Having had dealings with a number of agents at our new location as well as previously, I believe the experience provided by Geoff is one off and regrettably not the industry standard.

2nd deal with Geoff
I was a buyer a years ago to buy my house and I am a seller this time to sell the house. I had no intention to sell until I have a chat to Geoff mentioned that our plan and he suggested to take advantage of the current market. I wasn’t sure and raised concerns but he is knowledgeable, act quick and helping me make a right and quick decision. And the house was under contract in 2days, it is an unexpected and amazing result.
