I asked Tank to give me an appraisal after I had my property listed with another agent. They had no interest at all for 90 days and had the wrong price on the property. Tank totally changed the marketing campaign and had interested buyers calling the same day, and groups attending the inspection days. He consistently followed up with buyers and kept me up to date with the progress. Would definitely recommend (and use in future) Tank at Housequest Ipswich.
