I was apprehensive in renting out my property during such unprecedented times; however due to Peter's hard work and commitment, he was not only able to find suitable tenants in under a week of my property being advertised he also achieved a record rental price in the area! I have dealt with many property managers in the past and found Peter to be a cut above the rest. He is professional, comprehensive and timely with his communication. This is also reflected in the positive experience received by my tenants. 5 stars!
