Buying a home made easy!
Pierre made buying this house such a breeze! He was professional, reliable and always available to answer my questions. More importantly paid attention to and involved my kids in the process. He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. He was extremely helpful, open and transparent through the whole process. Professional, realistic advice, caring interaction
This had been mine and my recently deceased husband's home for 60 years so the decision to sell was not an easy one. Pierre Hadchiti was the only agent I approached and the stars must have been aligned because I can't imagine that I could have bettered the service he provided. He was empathetic to my emotional state, never pressuring, patient with my hesitancy and ever realistic with his advice. In the end his team achieved a price 10% over the reserve. He read the local markt very well and steered me through what was foreign territory to me explaining his proposed strategy and recommendation at every step. The whole process was smooth and flawless in execution. The only thing I can say is thank-you for guiding me through the maze.

Absolutely amazing service
My experience with Pierre has been very smooth. I am currently renting through Pierre (HPG) and informed him that I am am also looking at buying in the same area as well. After speaking with other agents at the time Pierre was very comforting and easy going and full of motivation to assist me in finding my new home which is very rare to see these days. After telling Pierre what I wanted and what my future plans were, he had the perfect home ready for me to see. Pierre understood my needs and wants and he delivered! I fell in love with the house and Pierre did the best of his ability for me to secure my new home. Pierre did the best he can for both parties to be happy and satisfied with the outcome. During my time in buying my new home he has given great communication and care throughout the whole process. Very professional service and I 100% recommend him to anyone that is looking at buying or renting Pierre will make the process of your journey feel at ease!
