This was my first auction and I was very nervous to say the least as I didn't know what to expect. Pierre was genuinely very caring and empathetic as he made me feel at ease. Afterwards, I had a hiccup with the deposit which I felt that, after all of Pierre's kindness, I had let him down but he rose to the occasion and assured me that these things happen and all would be ok which it was. I was also very impressed with his knowledge of the market and professional manner. I highly recommend Pierre and the HPG team!
