From the start until now I have/had great experience with the service provided from Andy. Dealing with Andy is always great, he is polite and tries his best to provide the best possible support to my every query. Andy is flexible and approachable with queries made, and he makes his effort to provide genuine information requested. Angela has helped us sell our property in Auburn. She is professional, honest, hardworking, and full experience on the area, which brought a great result. At each step in the whole process, Angela came through with her commitment to excellence. Her communication skills were first-rate – she was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. She also went out of her way to ensure that every bit of detail was taken care of – from arranging cleaning, staging, professional photographing, inspections to negotiating with potential buyers. It took only one week to finish the preparation. And it is incredible that we exchanged contracts for the sale of our property at a favourable price in 3 days after we went to market! We would recommend her without hesitation.

He also went out of his way to ensure every bit of detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to negotiating with potential buyers. During our first meeting, Andy mentioned that he lived in Auburn for many years. He is not only familiar with the area but also has a customer-base resource. He found a couple of potential buyers from his resource and we got a few nice offers before the property went to market. It is incredible that we exchanged contracts for the sale of our property at a price higher than expected in 3 days after we went to market!
