Sash goes way above and beyond to help you without losing the focus on his job and his goals... -Does he wants to sell? * yes, but not at all cost, he is thinking of you also as a client not just the vendor (while others only think of selling for as much possible as fast as they can with the minimum effort). Sash has helped us in many ways and just to describe one, he is been twice a week coming to our new property before settlement to open the door for me so I can interview trades and get quotes for some renovation we would like, he is been available for us anytime he was asked. Very knowledgeable about the business and the market, no bull crap at all. You can trust him 110%.... We couldn't be happier that he was the agent who sold us our new property. He listened and understood our needs (a quick sale) and achieved a great result for us in under 3 weeks. He always kept us up to date with progress. The company takes what I believe to be a unique, team approach to selling properties which I believe is incredibly advantageous for anyone wishing to sell. Amongst other benefits, it meant that someone was always available to show the property to individuals at times that suited them, in addition to the open house times. We did not have a single worry due to the team’s professionalism and I highly recommend Sash to anyone looking to sell their property.
