On the 1st of January, 2018, Mark Anderson of Anderson Davies Real Estate and Jamie Harrington of Altus Real Estate launched a new, collaborative business – Hub Residential.
Their long term relationships with clients and the community within the western suburbs where they both live, are testament to their honesty and integrity when doing business.
Together, they draw upon a combined 45 years of experience in the area, putting that to good use in creating a new brand in Hub Residential - a better, progressive, no-nonsense approach to real estate.
The formation of Hub was no flash in the pan move. Their view is that real estate is changing, like so many industries, and they need to change with it by creating a business with more resources and resilience. The concept of Hub Residential has been brewing behind the scenes for years as they recognized they could deliver a substantially more powerful suite of services as a collective.
