Organising to have my property rented out with Hudson McHugh was easy with their over the phone system, they were professional and easy to deal with. The only feedback I have is that they have a large team it would be good to deal with the same person end to end, I was dealing with one person who was lovely at the start and then I was told later on that it was someone else in charge of property management, I think if there was clearer communication on that part it wouldn’t have been a surprise to me as the customer and would’ve created a more complete landlord experience.

My property had some unique challenges and Rocco actually partnered with me in finding a solution to those issue. He didn't need to but he still did. I always felt comfortable and was aware of what was happening. Rocco took my calls while he was overseas on vacation and sorted out my concerns. Roco was one of their agents assigned to help me with market rental appraisal and getting the place ready for leasing. Roco was a great communicator, very helpful in assessing what was needed and also resourceful in organising trades people & cleaners.
