Although the sale price was a bit under what we originally wanted it was, in retrospect, a solid all round performance in a dicey market. We worked with Peter on the sale of my home in Summer Hill during the 2020 COVID19 pandemic. We made the decision to sell knowing that our price expectations may have exceeded market expectations, which was a risk we were willing to take. Peter worked diligently to market the property, encourage inspections and provide us feedback along the way. Although we ended up selling at auction just below our reserve, which was disappointing in some ways, the result was not a reflection of Peter's commitment or skill. His honesty and professionalism was much appreciated and in the end, we are now able to realise our plans to move from the Inner West to the Northern Beaches as a result of his help.
