Who knew that selling my unit would turn out to be such a interesting time. Peter made the whole experience easy for me. I got a very good price and could only hope the agent I will have in Melbourne will be at least half as good. I keep recommending him to all I know as the expert advice; knowledge and his availablility was so helpful for me at all times. Thank you Peter.

We’ve now trusted Peter and Hudson McHugh to sell two of our properties and the results they have achieved have exceeded our expectations. Peter is an extremely decent, sincere, attentive and friendly real estate agent and he is a great representative of his field. The experience and help Peter provided us selling our first property led us to re-engage him to sell our other property which he sold in a very tough market. We can’t recommend Peter highly enough. Thanks Peter. Cheers, Dean

Selling during the height of the anxiety for Covid-19 in April was not ideal, which made us very grateful to be under the guidance of James who provided honest and considered advice to make sure we got the best outcome we could. James went over and above to drum up the right kind of interest in our unique warehouse property and we were pleased to have sold during such uncertain times. Would 100% use James and Hudson McHugh again.

James was a pleasure to deal with. Professional yet down to earth and made you feel included in the selling process rather than ‘just another vendor’. We were both really impressed with how hassle free the entire process was (not having done it before), James’ in-depth knowledge of the Leichhardt property market, and dynamics in being able to adjust auction timing to reflect the market.

My experience with Peter was great. There were a number of forces working against him. A tough market, a unique house with a vendor of high expectations , challenging tenants providing access to buyers. Peter's professionalism really came through as COVID-19 was approaching. I would recommend him to my friends and Family.

Gabriela was recommended to us as an agent with experience in selling properties for overseas clients. Our faith in her abilities was greatly rewarded. As foreign residents seeking to sell our Sydney property, Gabriela helped us navigate the market confidently, even through the onset of Covid 19. Gabriela was always personable and level-headed, providing reassurance and prompt and clear information on which to base our decisions. Gabriela’s exceptional advice and understanding of the market led to a greater return on the property than we could have hoped for. We can highly recommend her.

Peter was chosen as the selling real estate agent after receiving 3 quotes. He was not the cheapest, but I was looking for quality of service. Peter did not disappoint, keeping me updated at least twice weekly, including providing a weekly written report throughout the sales campaign. Public Health measures surrounding COVID-19 interrupted the marketing and selling plans, but Peter secured a sale once it became obvious the auction would not go ahead as originally planned. I could not have asked for more flexibility and understanding of my situation and the market. Thank-you Peter for all your assistance with the sale. It was a pleasure to work with you and I would highly recommend to others.

I found David extremely professional and a real pleasure to deal with. He kept me well update and informed during the entire sale. David and his team coordinated and managed a number of trades getting the property ready for sale all of whom did a great job. I found him patient, willing to hold our for better offers. We couldn’t have been happier with the result.

Selling a much loved family home holding a lot of meaningful history for us wasn't an easy step although we were committed to moving on, so committed to sell. Our personal time frame inadvertently meant we were on the market just as restrictions began - an unpredictable surprise, and that's where we certainly appreciated James' input. Talking things through with James made decision making easier, and we felt we were 'in it together' and supported, which was crucial as the situation developed. The marketing campaign which included a very effective EDM campaign to their very wide database, brought excellent results, with a good number of private inspections delivering committed would-be buyers. James understands the area and our market, and through persistence, responsive marketing strategies and negotiations, achieved a result that we were happy with in a far quicker time span than we could have anticipated in the unusual circumstances. Communication has been good - James and his team are personable, extremely helpful and good to deal with. All in all, we are pleased with the result particularly in such difficult times, and have no hesitation in thanking and recommending James.
