Trustworthy. Yes. Real Estate agents? Yes, David (and his team) are up front with what matters. Black and white and tells it how it is. His knowledge of the area and the property market is clearly well researched and up to date. David is also very personable. I had an unusual set of circumstances regarding the sale of my home and I had to find someone who I could trust and would really look out for me, and he did. Working with James and his team took the the stress of purchasing a house completely out. The team was very helpful every step of the way, they found a way to explain intricate details in a far simpler and refreshing way for first home buyers. From the time we first met with James and David we saw nothing but very professional and polished performance. At all times James provided a running commentary of who had visited, what views they expressed and the general valuation people were placing on our property. In the closing stages he worked hard contacting interested parties to provide the opportunity for them to place or increase a competitive bid and came through with a price that was above what people were saying was the figure. The final figure was below my original expectations, in a falling market, but above indications given during the campaign.

James is very personable and energetic. You could see how hard James and his team were working to ensure we sold our house, we had record numbers of groups through due to the hard work of the team. Our sale price was slightly lower than we were expecting but close enough given that the market is declining at the moment. James kept in contact with us most days throughout the campaign to let us know what was happening with numbers of groups through our property, different parties that were interested, feedback from potential buyers and what would happen at the auction. James is very passionate about what he does and hard working. We would have no hesitation to use him again in the future. Thanks to Christina in the office too who helped us arrange trades people to get a few things smartened up prior to going on the market.
