We have now completed 2x property transactions with David Eastway and would thoroughly recommend him for any buying or selling needs. The first was a purchase of our first home. David was professional, honest and fair with us throughout the entire process, keeping us notified of any updates on the property we were interested in. When the time came for the auction he was helpful towards us as a buyer, which made a HUGE difference and led us to securing the property. It's now a few years down the track and we went with David on the sale of the same property, although he is now running his own agency. Throughout the development of the marketing campaign, undertaken in conjunction with the Selling Houses Australia team as part of their 100th television program episode, James and the team at Hudson McHugh were front and centre of this highly rating television series. Not only did James make himself available to be on camera over several days during the filming of the program, he was also the auctioneer on the day of the auction, providing a colourful and appropriate interaction with the gathered crowd of one hundred or so potential buyers and onlookers. During the auction James skilfully negotiated up the several bidders to ultimately achieve a sale price well over reserve. Our experience with David and James has been an absolute pleasure. David went well beyond the call of duty with his work selling the house. The service, communication and the added extra of feeling that we were dealing with frank and honest people meant that we felt at ease. The team helped with all aspects of our move, helping us find all the people and services we needed and also project managing things when we weren't available. David even assisted us in trying to find a rental for the period between houses and the price we achieved at auction can easily be attributed to the strong relationships David has honed with buyers and sellers in the market.
