I came across David when attending open inspections in the inner west. I was impressed with his professionalism and the way that his company (Hudson McHugh) ran their open inspections and engaged potential buyers. Subsequently I engaged David to sell my apartment in Ultimo and could not be happier with the manner in which the entire campaign was run and the price achieved. The entire team were excellent. Communication was constant and I felt as if I was in the loop throughout the whole process. If you're thinking about selling, do yourself a favour and give David a call.

Attended Open Inspections for Henry St. Agency staff were courteous and helpful. Obliging during inspection, providing access to all sections of property and offering to provide information as required following the inspection. Provided Contract papers etc promptly without delay to assist in my decision making. Auction went well and staff very helpful. I was losing bidder, and staff made offers of assistance to me in further search of a suitable property. Very pleased and satisfied with communication and assistance given. Follow up from James and Rihan, advised me of property I could be interested in (3 Rayner St. Lilyfield). Appreciated the contact, inspected with them. The property was within the criteria I was looking at (I. E. Location, 1br with parking and price range), however did not suit me. They have been understanding and very helpful to assist in finding a property. Easy to deal with.
