We recently sold our property in Leichhardt after listing with David Eastway and Hudson McHugh. David ran a fantastic marketing campaign that generated significant buyer interest and resulted in achieving a sale well above ours and the market expectations. David and his team were professional, courteous and tireless in their pursuit to keep us calm and consistently updated during the stressful process of selling a property. In the end David made it an enjoyable and memorable experience and we would highly recommend anyone else considering selling in the inner west to take advantage of his skills and knowledge. James sold our first property and we were nervous about the whole exercise. James led us through the process and eased any concerns. We were so pleased by James' communication, he was always available and willing to chat about all issues large and small. James was highly professional, gave us honest advice and helped us prepare our property so it looked amazing. Summer Hill was slightly out of James's target area but his wide range of contacts meant we had a buyer interested immediately and the price exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

We found James to be a good agent to deal with when buying our house. He was easily contactable & provided assistance when needed. Would recommend him to people buying & selling their place.

James was the agent and auctioneer at a recent auction we attended. He had a great relaxed but professional style which I really felt put everyone at ease. Auction's and house-buying can be a stress-full experience - James obviously understands this and goes out of his way to treat everyone with honesty and positive communication. We didn't get the house on this occasion but I still came away hoping we get to deal with James again when we find our house!

We used James and the team at Hudson McHugh to sell our Elswick Street property in September 2015. We made the decision to sell in June and spoke to several agents about the sale. It was an investment property, and as we lived in Melbourne and had been watching the market, we weren't entirely sure who to go with (had earlier thought we would go with McGrath). However, after James took the initiative to visit my husband and I, and after we met with him, we felt confident it was worthwhile going with them. At that point we had tenants in the property, however James worked tirelessly to find them an alternative rental in order to allow us to market the house vacant. He was a pleasure to work with through that process. Subsequently we found him to be very responsive and an excellent communicator through the sales process. Most importantly, at the time of sale, we found him to be extremely capable and were very happy with the result, particularly given the market movements, and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Overall, a great guy and really worked hard to achieve the settlement we wanted.

David was a very professional and engaging estate agent. He had a great knowledge of the market, he had a great team of people to help support us in getting ready for the sale of our home. He was very clear and regular with communication on what was happening and on what to expect. We selected David for these reasons, and also because he had a strategy which was to go to Auction. He stuck to that strategy, and all his actions where clearly aligned to the strategy. I liked this. I would happily recommend David if he suits your strategy, he will get you the best chance to get the best result

To all the potential vendors thinking of selling your house, just do it, but not with just anyone, the team at Hudson McHugh were great, especially David Eastway who can pull a rabbit of of a hat so to speak, with an amazing result. So happy I gave my house for you to sell & I got so much more than I expected. Many thanks David to you & your team, I'll be back should I ever need to sell again.

I just bought a property through James. Very satisfied with the result. This man was very helpful during the period of time purchasing the property. I really appreciated that he opened the property for inspection when I just dropped in his office and asked him to do for me without any pre arrangement. ( according to my experience, most of agents I met said simply "no" and said come on day arranged for inspection). If anyone need help buying or selling property, this man is very recommended. He's got outstanding skills and knowledge of real estate market. Very good manner will be just bonus on top of them.
