Having already bought a new property, it was a mad scramble to get our place ready for sale, and at times it was overwhelming, especially when we had to sell. But James, supported by Joseph and Matthew, helped guide us through the process from start to finish, reducing stress levels in the process. We had bought the new property based a minimum sale price for ours, and thanks to James’ negotiations we got exactly what we needed after less than a week on the market! There’s always the question “could we have got more at auction”, but in a bit of a changing market where we had hit our target, we were happy to get the deal signed and eliminate any risk - plus now we have our weekends back again!
