Jackie was recommended by our neighbour, whose apartment Jackie sold off market for a terrific price. We met Jackie and I immediately liked her - she is personable, straight talking and highly professional and knowledgeable. We also wanted to sell off-market. Our apartment sold in just over two weeks, with just three private inspections, with a price we are very happy about. Jackie and Gautier made the process so stress-free, they were professional, highly communicative and in touch with us all the way through the process. We absolutely recommend Jackie.

Peter recently sold our investment property with 1 week of being on the market. His communication and buyer relationships were impressive. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Giving us a heads up before anything happened. We engaged him as our selling agent as we really trusted him and knew he was a great operator. Always making us feel confident along the selling process. He has a great team who went above and beyond to ensure we achieved a great outcome in a relatively short period of time. It was a relief to have sold quickly and for a price we were very happy with. I would highly recommend Peter and the Hudson McHugh team to anyone looking to sell in the future.

As an ex selling agent myself, and now working as a buyer agent, I know what a good agent looks like when it comes to easy communication, honesty and transparency; and Peter has these attributes in spades. He works tirelessly for his owner, while still facilitating everything the buyer needs to feel confident and informed to take the next steps. He and his team went out of their way to assist us in any way they could, and for that we are incredibly grateful. We look forward to working with them again!

I couldn't have had a smoother or more comfortable experience with Peter and his team in selling my apartment. They managed my expectations expertly and took care of all the required things in order to get it ready for sale with minimal stress on my side. I highly recommend them for the sale of any property that comes their way.

Antony is brilliant! So professional and personal. One of the best agents I have dealt with having bought and sold many homes over the past 30 years. Great job Antony!

Joseph was professional, highly knowledgeable about the area and an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me well-informed throughout the process, regularly updating me via text, email, and phone calls. His strategic advice on the timing of the listing helped position the property for the best possible outcome. He was always responsive, answering all my queries promptly and ensuring that prospective buyers received timely and relevant information after inspections. His deep understanding of the market, including the availability and pricing of similar one-bedroom units in the area, was spot on. In the end, the sale price aligned with his initial estimate, demonstrating his accuracy and expertise. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking to buy or sell. This is the second unit in the complex that he has successfully sold, further proving his effectiveness in this market.

Peter is an outstanding agent who leaves no stone unturned and shows clear passion for everything he does. He supported us through the entire process of selling our first hone with constant communication and I always felt like no question or request was too small for him to attend to. Peter made an overwhelming process seem very straight forward with his solution orientated approach and results driven attitude. I cannot recommend him enough!
