He communicated very clearly with me and my partner, the vendor’s price expectations and helped the vendors negotiate a signed private offer within 2 weeks of the marketing campaign commencing. He is a tough negotiator and delivered the vendors a great outcome. His transparency and integrity gave us the confidence to put a private offer forward and move quickly, knowing that there was a deal to be done. There were many other agents we came across in the inner west that weren’t nearly as active as David in engaging with buyers pre auction. It’s clear David listens, profiles his buyers and makes the right judgment calls for his vendors.

Joseph was very professional during the sale of our place. He did a great job at explaining the timeline of the whole process while being flexible when situation arose and preparation time had to be extended. That took a lot of pressure off me as a seller who is a busy professional with many competing priorities. We got to know David whilst we were looking to buy a house in our neighborhood. David always kept us up to date with properties he was selling as well other properties that might suit what we were looking for. Even when bidding on houses that he wasn't selling, he always picked up the phone to give us advice about what he thought the property might go for etc. He certainly changed my view of real-estate agents!
