Philip was a great agent who helped my parents gain knowledge of the market. He was very precise, upfront and fair with his analysis. When it was time to sell, Philip was very informative and provided the appropriate insight on the process of selling. He ensured he took his time to explain the processes and allowed for transparency throughout the initial phase of the selling process. Philip was professional and project managed the preparation phase of the marketing process. He arranged a painter and stylist to prepare the house for the market. Throughout the marketing process, Philip was transparent and provided great advice and updates. During a turbulent and fluid period of the marketing phase, Philip ensured we were ready for all possible scenarios which helped when we decided to sell pre-auction. Selling a property can be an emotional and uncertain experience. James and the rest of the team at Hudson McHugh were excellent throughout the whole process. They helped us work through styling, repairing and marketing to make sure the property was the best it could be.
