Philip has an intimate knowledge of the inner west property market in respect of local trends, pricing, current market demand, property stock and market expectations. I was quite astounded by his knowledge and discovered it was in part due to him being a local in the area. Philip’s service was fantastic. I work interstate, but he made sure that i was on top of everything by calling me after every open inspection and thereafter on a daily basis to give me updates on interest from various buyers. In addition, he provided me with reports detailing progress with my sale and the various responses from EVERY buyer whom inspected the property. He also provided sound advice as to whether to proceed with sale or auction and to what would be a fair reserve price. Philip went over and above the level of communication I would normally expect from a selling agent.
