We live overseas and on coming back to get our property ready to sell, several neighbours on our street told us: "Hudson McHugh are the agency to use in Leichhardt". And this is no exaggeration. From start to finish, James proved himself to be knowledgeable, super responsive, and had great attention to detail. Our property had quite an unusual feature, so he advised us on how to market market it, and also how much $$ to invest into expenses like painting. Although the market is a little spooked by inflation, we had no doubt he would get us the best price. Thanks James and team - we were dreading having to go through the process remotely, but it was a very positive experience.
